Stroude's paintings and drawings are held in numerous collections, including the Office of Public Works, Sligo and Kildare County Councils, Pierce Brosnan, and Luciano Benetton’s Imago Mundi. In 2021, her portrait Fifteen won the Ireland-U.S. Council Award for Portraiture at the Royal Hibernian Academy’s Annual Exhibition. Recent projects include In Plain Sight, a commission honouring pioneering women in Irish law.

Mary holds degrees in Psychology, Philosophy, Fine Art, and Film. She has worked across a variety of media, including painting, photography, video, sound, installation, film, and drawing. Her work has been commissioned by notable institutions such as the O.P.W., Microsoft, the College of Surgeons, and Leinster House.

He was a recipient of the “Making and Momentum: In Conversation with Eileen Gray” Artist Prize (2022) awarded by Fashion designer Richard Malone as well as the Artlinks Bursary Award (2022). His work is also held in public and private collections including Carlow IT (2015), Wexford County Council (2019) and Wexford Arts Centre (2018 & 2021). As well as private collections in Ireland, United Kingdom and USA.

In 2006, 2007 and 2009 she had solo exhibitions with Stone Gallery, Dublin. Kate's fourth solo exhibition, The Good Room, was in Wexford Arts Centre in 2011. Talbot Gallery in Dublin hosted This is the Point of Contact, in October 2013.

Kate was short-listed for the Golden Fleece Award in 2010 and was awarded the first prize Visual Arts Bursary by Wexford County Council in 2009. She was awarded an Artlinks bursary in 2017. Her work is in the collections of The Office of Public Works, the Bank of Ireland, Wexford County Council, Wicklow County Council and in private collections.

He has received several arts awards including Freelands Foundation Funding (2020), the Hennessy Craig Scholarship, Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin (2009) and numerous Arts Council of Northern Ireland Awards. His work is also included in several public art collections including the National Self-Portrait Collection of Ireland, Limerick University and the Arts Council NI.

The Souvenir Shop 2016, was an innovative national centenary commission from the Irish government, awarded for the year of remembering wars and revolution.  Drawing on the idea of ‘shop’ as a subversive place of exchange and ideas, visitors purchased surreal, openly provocative art works by Duffy, made by the Irish Countrywomen’s Association (ICA).  A range of over 50 everyday products that examined Irish history from a humorous and poignant, absurd and feminist perspective. Souvenir has toured Ireland, and the mythology enjoys continued international success, developing new iterations for CCI Paris, The Mattress Factory Museum in Pittsburgh, Manchester, Belgium, Belfast and London.

In 2019, Peadar co-authored the Red Rock Management Plan 2020-2030 on behalf of Fingal County Council and Dublin Bay Biosphere Reserve.

In 1985, he was named Sunday Independent Artist of the Year, and he received the O’Malley Award from the Irish-American Cultural Institute in 1993.

In her mixed media works on paper and board Kilbane uses goache, acrylic, Indian ink, pigments and found objects such as heather, sand and crushed windscreen glass. Kilbane's interest in the expressive language of paint and mark making is apparent within her work.
